What Is Virtual Memory

It is an option you can use  give your computer a "little extra" memory, which can help speed things up if your RAM is being used up. 


  

Procedure to change Virtual Memory

Step 1:
First of all for virtual memory configuration access the desktop where “My computer” icon or shortcut and right click “my computer” properties.Then click Advance system setting.



Step 2: A dialog box appeard .Go Advanced tab,Then click settings.


Step 3: Then go to Advanced Tab.


Step 4: A new Dialog open Again go to Advanced


Step 5: Click Change.Custom size, type a new size in megabytes in the Initial size (MB) or Maximum size  box, click Set, and then click OK.


Note:

But if you want to manually perform virtual memory configuration of  the drives for Virtual memory management then unchecked the box of automatically mange…. And configure according to your own choice. Click set.

Method

Insert your Flash drive  port, and go to start menu click on run and type cmd.Now on the command prompt, type the following commands


Cmd Command

Diskpart List disk  // That command, will generate the list of Disk.  

select disk 1  //when u select Disk 1  that case usb is clean.DiskPart  cleaning the disk.

create partition  primary // Create Primay partition
active //DiskPart marked the current partition that active.  

format fs=ntfs quick // Format Filesystem=NTFS quick(don’t use, Quick for deep format, just use format fs=ntfs) 

assign //DiskPart successfully formatted the volume.exit

How to use “Problem Steps Recorder”

Procedure


Step1: Go to start menu and click on run.

Step2: Go to run and type “ PSR “ then ok.

Step3: click on start recording and open some files.

Step 4: click on stop and then save file.

Step5: save file.

Its Recorder records lots of information very useful to someone, troubleshooting a problem including every mouse click and keyboard action.

PSR creates a screenshot of each action, describes each action in plain English, notes the exact date and time the action took place, and even allows the recorder to add comments at any time during the recording.

The names, locations, and versions of all programs accessed during the recording is also included.
Once a PSR recording is complete, you can send the created file to the individual or group helping to solve whatever problem is occurring.
